Booking Process
- Appointment Request: To book a service at BROW & BEAUTY ATELIER LTD, you can visit our website, call us at +44 7402436513, or send an email to liz_sms@outlook.com. When making a request, please provide your full name, contact information, preferred service(s), and desired appointment date and time.
- Availability Check: Our team will check the availability of the requested service and time slot. If the requested time is available, we will confirm your appointment via email or phone and provide you with all the necessary details, including the service description, price, and any pre-appointment instructions.
- Booking Confirmation: To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the service and its duration. The payment can be made using one of our accepted payment methods, such as credit card, debit card, or online payment platforms. Once the payment is processed successfully, you will receive a booking confirmation email or message, which will serve as proof of your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with as much advance notice as possible. For most services, we require a minimum of [24] hours’ notice. For more complex or specialized services, such as bridal makeup or full-day spa packages, we may require [48] hours’ notice.
- Cancellation Fees: Failure to provide the required notice or to show up for your appointment without prior arrangement will result in a cancellation fee. The fee amount will depend on the type and duration of the service:
- For services with a value of up to £[50], a cancellation fee of £[10] will be charged.
- For services with a value between £[50] and £[100], a cancellation fee of 20% of the service price will be applied.
- For services with a value of £[100] or more, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service price will be levied.
- In the case of prepaid services, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the prepaid amount, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your new request, subject to availability. However, please note that rescheduling may be subject to the same cancellation fee policy if the new appointment is made within the required notice period of the original appointment.
- Emergency Situations: In the event of an unforeseen emergency, such as a sudden illness or accident, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling your appointment without incurring a fee or providing a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Waitlist and Last-Minute Appointments
- Waitlist: If your preferred appointment time is not available, you can choose to be added to our waitlist. We will notify you via email or phone if a cancellation occurs and a spot becomes available. Please note that being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, and appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Last-Minute Appointments: We may have limited availability for last-minute appointments. To check for last-minute openings, you can call us or visit our website regularly. Keep in mind that last-minute appointments are subject to availability and may not include all services or time slots.
Group Bookings and Special Events
- Group Bookings: For group bookings of [3] or more people, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the appointment. Group bookings are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy as individual appointments, with the exception that cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [72] hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Special Events: If you are booking services for a special event, such as a wedding, party, or photoshoot, please contact us well in advance to discuss your requirements and availability. We may require a higher deposit and a more detailed booking confirmation process for special events. Special event bookings are also subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy, but the notice period and cancellation fees may be different depending on the nature and scale of the event.
